Timo di Provenza. French thyme. A perennial herb. It stands about 12 inches high. Start seeds in early spring inside, transplant out after last frost date. Space 10" apart in a well drained soil. This perennial plant was introduced to France by the Romans and then onto the UK; Thyme from Provence is one of the most renowned. Sow it from March to June and is ready to be harvest in summer.
