Labneh Goat (Jar) – J.Grove
Our Labneh comes from the local farmers’ free-range goats, which roam freely for months and feed on the wild vegetation across the Jezzine region, in Southern Lebanon.
Made from whole goat milk, the strained yogurt is dried then rolled in balls. It is preserved in our very own olive oil with just a pinch of salt.
Our labneh comes in three flavors to relish as a spread or a dip:
- Plain for a pure, classic sensation.
- With dried zaatar, or thyme, for an herbaceous taste.
- With ground red pepper for a spicy twist.
