j.Grove’s early-harvest extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) is freshly bottled and produced from select olive varieties in Southern Lebanon. With acidity levels strictly under 0.8%, it is cold-extracted or ‘first cold-pressed’ within hours of the harvest, and unfiltered for the perfect balance of aroma, flavor, and character.
