Labneh Goat (Jar) – J.Grove
Our Labneh comes from the local farmers’ free-range goats, which roam freely for months and feed on the wild vegetation across the Jezzine region, in Southern Lebanon.
Made from whole goat milk, the strained yogurt is dried then rolled in balls. It is preserved in our very own olive oil with just a pinch of salt.
Our labneh comes in three flavors to relish as a spread or a dip:
- Plain for a pure, classic sensation.
- With dried zaatar, or thyme, for an herbaceous taste.
- With ground red pepper for a spicy twist.

j.Grove's Kishk is made the Southern Lebanese way, honoring one of the country’s most valued traditional Mouneh.
Ingredients : Dried strained goat yogurt (pasteurized whole goat milk, starter cultures, coarse salt), bulgur (cracked wheat), coarse salt. 500g
We soak bulgur wheat in fresh goat yogurt as well as goat labneh (strained yogurt) for a sharper, richer taste. We sun dry the mixture and rub it daily. Then we gently grind it into a powder bursting with flavor and texture.
Savory and piquant, every bite of kishk in a porridge, mankoushe, or scrambled eggs will take you on a trip across rural Lebanon.
