The red wine Nysa of Chateau Trois Collines presents an intense red color with dark garnet, marked with ripped red fruits aromas (black cherry, raspberry). On the palate, the wine is soft, fresh and fruity with an elegant attack. The fruits detected on the nose are present, fleshy with aromas of prune, ripe red berries and black cherries, the fine tannins, silky and well matured, contribute to a real harmony, all in creaminess and roundness, the structure arrives at the end of the mouth and the finish is very persistent.

We advise you to serve it at a temperature between 16 and 18 ° C.

Perfect with risotto, red meat in a sauce or accompanied by cheese of character.

A tribute to Rayak’s Belle Époque between
WWI and WWII, this wine is dedicated to
the legacy of a city in which ambitious goals
were set and grand tasks were
accomplished. The aromas found in this
bottle will revive the nostalgic memories of
joy, prosperity, and achievement of a time
long gone.

With bright silky pink color, this wine is highly aromatic, a bouquet of peach, prunes, and
dry grapes. The grapes used in this wine are organically raised and delicately cultivated
from our vineyards in Terboul. The fermentation takes place at our small artisanal winery
in Rayak. The hole proses is labored and operated by family members with only a few
external interventions.

The story behind the bottle:
Wine-making has been a passion of the
Maalouf family for hundreds of years. In 1914
the family escaped the World War One
famine in Mount Lebanon and took refuge in
the city of Rayak, in the Bekaa Valley. The
region’s unique climate and terrain provided
their wine with an unexpected wealth of
flavors, aromas, and rich colors. Looking back
on centuries of winemaking experience, the
Maalouf artisanal winery is located in a city
at the heart of Lebanon’s winemaking region.
