➤Mango syrup:
1- Ingredients: Pure cane sugar, Real Mango Fruit Pulp, Water, Citric Acid, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), 100% Natural Mango Extract
Pure cane sugar: Cane sugar is similar to granulated sugar, but exclusively made from cane sugar sticks and processed way less, however cane sugar is often marketed as a healthy alternative to regular sugar and more recommended for the health but in fact they are both identical in terms of chemical composition and made up from sucrose. The point of focus is our cane sugar is extracted from real natural cane sugar sticks while regular sugar can be way more synthetic, processed and contain unfiltered particles (Marketing and psychology of sales)
Mango pulp: Most syrups do not use real mango because of the long and high-cost process in order to obtain the pulp (Cutting the fruit, removing the seed, cleaning, filtering…) From this perspective we decided to use natural real pulp which turned out to be a great advantage for our syrup, the mango syrup contains 50% mango pulp which is relatively a high percentage compared to others which are usually 15%
Citric Acid: Also called sour salt is a natural preservative used in the food and beverages industry, it is mostly found in sour fruit like citrus or others and prevents microbiological life
Ascorbic acid: Also called Vitamin C, is a naturally occurring organic compound and not artificial or a synthetic substance, it is used for his antioxidant properties such as color preservation when the product is exposed to high temperatures
Mango extract: Is a super concentrated natural flavoring substance extracted from mango, however for full transparency the alchemist makes natural based product which mean that most of the flavor comes from real fruit and very less from other compound substances, however mango extract does not have any bad effects to the health with the amounts we are using 1 to 2%
3- Serving size: 30 Ml or 3 Cl per Glass
4- Serving per container: 25 servings
6- Uses:
Our mango syrup is used essentially for cocktails (Virgin and alcoholic) but also serves very well just by mixing it with water to become sharab. As for bakeries and pastries the product is still under testing.
7- Shelf Life:
Best before 15 months from production date, (Which mean the product is still consumable and safe to use after 15 months but it might lose some of its properties like the color and the flavor), 40 days after opening if not cooled, 6 months after opening if cooled
8- Storing conditions:
keep away from heat and direct sunlight
