It begins with freshness. All of our fruits and vegetables are picked by hand on harvest day, and delivered to us by local farmers. They are dried and processed immediately after plucking. Dried fruits and vegetables are high in fiber and naturally low in high-cholesterol fats, which is why dehydrating them is nutritional. Vitamins and minerals are hardly lost during the process and are preserved in the dried fruits and vegetables.
