Still Natural Wine in 1 Litre Bottles
Lebnani was created with the intention to show the world the beauty of Lebanon's history and culture. We have even incorporated these elements in the design of the bottle. The Lebnani range comes in 1000ml bottles (as opposed to the standard 750ml wine bottle) and is filled with still-natural organic wine that is free from additives and that is unfined and unfiltered.
Lebnani wines come in two ranges: Lebnani Abyad (White) and Lebnani Ahmar (Red)

Grapes variety: Chardonnay.
Aging: Fermented and aged for 10 months in new French Oak Barrels.
The Chardonnay white wine of Chateau Trois Collines with its shining golden color, its intense fruity, flowery nose and its refreshing flavors, very straightforward and direct on the palate, as if biting into a grape. Fresh and light, with a very pleasant aftertaste.
This is a wine to enjoy young, served at 10-12° C, alone as an aperitif or with light meat or seafood.

The story behind the bottle:
Few remember the engineers and pilots who designed and built Rayak’s first aircraft. ‘Rayak 43’ is the name of the plane which
once graced the skies over the Bekaa Valley. This wine’s fruity taste and enchanting aromas will carry your palate to new
heights.

Chardonnay, Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc
Description:
With a bright yellow color, this wine is highly aromatic, a bouquet of pineapple, passion fruits, green apples, and grapefruits. The grapes used in this wine are organically raised and delicately cultivated from our vineyards in Terboul. The fermentation takes place at our small artisanal winery in Rayak. The hole proses is labored and operated by family
members with only a few external interventions.

Grape Varieties: Tempranillo, Grenache.
The rose wine Nysa of Chateau Trois Collines presents a dress of pink gooseberry net, full of brightness. Its aromas offer a seductive bouquet of rose petals and fresh fruits (pomegranates, red fruits, strawberries, raspberries).
On the palate, it’s light, fresh and fruity. Retaining its original aromas of raspberries and red fruits. Well balanced, with a persistent end and especially a nice return of fruit.
We advise you to serve it at a temperature between 8 and 10 ° C to enjoy the best of its flavors.
A perfect aperitif that goes very well with fish and seafood, and goes beautifully with red meats.

Pétillant Naturel Wine
Pétillant Naturel is inspired by the God of Wine, Bacchus, whose temple is found in Baalbeck. We wanted to create a simple, natural wine for everyone to enjoy, that's why we made a Pét Nat using the ancestral method. We bottle before the first fermentation is complete then disgorge and refill the bottle and wait for further fermentation to work naturally in the bottle creating a lighter, crisper and a cleaner, natural sparkling wine.
