Lebnani was created with the intention to show the world the beauty of Lebanon's history and culture. We have even incorporated these elements in the design of the bottle. Few remember the engineers and pilots who designed and built Rayak’s first aircraft. ‘Rayak 43’ is the name of the plane which
once graced the skies over the Bekaa Valley. This wine’s fruity taste and enchanting aromas will carry your palate to new
heights.

Description:
With a bright yellow color, this wine is highly aromatic, a bouquet of pineapple, passion fruits, green apples, and grapefruits. The grapes used in this wine are organically raised and delicately cultivated from our vineyards in Terboul. The fermentation takes place at our small artisanal winery in Rayak. The hole proses is labored and operated by family
members with only a few external interventions.

The rose wine of Chateau Trois Collines presents a beautifully colored fresh and vibrant Rosé of Pinot Noir has aromas and flavors of freshly picked strawberries and raspberries with fresh acidity.
The flavors on the palate are reminiscent of red cherries, finishing with a crisp refreshing texture and a wonderful lasting juiciness.
We advise you to serve it at a temperature between 8 ° C and 10 ° C in 2 years to enjoy the best of its flavors.

Pétillant Naturel Wine
Pétillant Naturel is inspired by the God of Wine, Bacchus, whose temple is found in Baalbeck. We wanted to create a simple, natural wine for everyone to enjoy, that's why we made a Pét Nat using the ancestral method. We bottle before the first fermentation is complete then disgorge and refill the bottle and wait for further fermentation to work naturally in the bottle creating a lighter, crisper and a cleaner, natural sparkling wine.

The story behind the bottle:
Wine-making has been a passion of the
Maalouf family for hundreds of years. In 1914
the family escaped the World War One
famine in Mount Lebanon and took refuge in
the city of Rayak, in the Bekaa Valley. The
region’s unique climate and terrain provided
their wine with an unexpected wealth of
flavors, aromas, and rich colors. Looking back
on centuries of winemaking experience, the
Maalouf artisanal winery is located in a city
at the heart of Lebanon’s winemaking region.

Description:
Produced with 9 types of grapes with a dark cherry red color, this wine is highly aromatic,
perfectly balanced. Bouquet of dark cedar honey, dry pine leaves, and Oakwood. The
grapes used in this wine are organically raised and delicately cultivated from our vineyards
in Terboul. The fermentation takes place at our small artisanal winery in Rayak. The hole
proses is labored and operated by family members with only a few external
interventions.
Aged for 24 months in four types of oak barrels,

Full bodied, highly refined structure, smooth tannins with strong oak flavors, notes of
cherry, spices, and vanilla and a great finish of ripe black fruit.
