Pétillant Naturel is inspired by the God of Wine, Bacchus, whose temple is found in Baalbeck. We wanted to create a simple, natural wine for everyone to enjoy, that's why we made a Pét Nat using the ancestral method. We bottle before the first fermentation is complete then disgorge and refill the bottle and wait for further fermentation to work naturally in the bottle creating a lighter, crisper and a cleaner, natural sparkling wine.

Wine Pinot Noir 2017 Organic (Bottle) – Chateau Trois Collines
Vintage: 2017
Grapes variety: Pinot Noir.
Ageing: 12 months in new French Oak Barrels.
The pinot noir of Chateau Trois Collines presents a bright red fruit aroma, elegantly accented by floral notes. The wine display enticing aromas of strawberry, cherry, and rose petal. Oak aging adds a hint of vanilla and a soft, toasty finish.
We advise you to serve it at a temperature between 18 ° C and 20 ° C in 2 to 5 years to enjoy the best of its flavors.
Delicious with herb-roasted chicken, baked ham, mild cheeses and tapas.

The white wine Nysa of Chateau Trois Collines presents a beautiful bright dress with golden highlights.
On the nose it is fresh and fruity, evolving towards floral notes (broom flower) and exotic fruit.
On the palate it is harmonious, well balanced, raised by great freshness, especially a clear minerality and aromatic. Characterized by aromas of citrus (lemon) and exotic fruit (pineapple).
We advise you to serve it at a temperature between 8 and 10 ° C in 2
years to enjoy the best of its flavors.
