Few remember the engineers and pilots who designed and built Rayak’s first aircraft. ‘Rayak 43’ is the name of the plane which
once graced the skies over the Bekaa Valley. This wine’s fruity taste and enchanting aromas will carry your palate to new
heights.

Chardonnay, Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc
Description:
With a bright yellow color, this wine is highly aromatic, a bouquet of pineapple, passion fruits, green apples, and grapefruits. The grapes used in this wine are organically raised and delicately cultivated from our vineyards in Terboul. The fermentation takes place at our small artisanal winery in Rayak. The hole proses is labored and operated by family
members with only a few external interventions.

The Chardonnay white wine of Chateau Trois Collines with its shining golden color, its intense fruity, flowery nose and its refreshing flavors, very straightforward and direct on the palate, as if biting into a grape. Fresh and light, with a very pleasant aftertaste.
This is a wine to enjoy young, served at 10-12° C, alone as an aperitif or with light meat or seafood.
