What’s in it?
Roman Chamomile Steam-distilled from the flowers of the Anthemis nobilis plant.
Lavender Steam-distilled from the flowering tops of the Lavandula angustifolia plant.
Green Mandarin Cold-pressed from peel of the Citrus nobilis fruit.
Sweet Marjoram Steam-distilled from the leaves, stems, and flowers of the Origanum majorana herb.
Patchouli Steam-distilled from the leaves of the Pogostemon cablin plant.

Ingredients:

Directions:
Diffuse or put a drop or two near your pillow at night. This blend is also great mixed with carrier oil or added to a warm bath. To help relieve tension, you might want to try a few drops mixed with unscented body lotion or carrier oil and apply throughout the day.
Aromatic: Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.
Topical: Dilute to 3-5% in a carrier.
