Honey Forest (Jar) – J.Grove

Flying over the Jezzine region‚ oak forests in Southern Lebanon, our local honey bees collect honeydew from oak trees with wild sage and thyme nectar, to produce a dark and bold Forest Honey.

Our raw Forest Honey is unpasteurized, unheated and bottled at room temperature, to retain its vibrant flavor and delicate nutritional properties.

Characterized by a velvety texture and subtle sweetness, it‚delicious with cheese, pine nuts, desserts or on its own.

Ingredients : Raw honey.
