Bourbon Geranium Steam-distilled from the leaves of the Pelargonium x graveolens plant.
Palmarosa Steam-distilled from the leaves of the Cymbopogon martini plant.
Lavender Steam-distilled from the flowering tops of the Lavandula angustifolia plant.
Petitgrain Steam-distilled from the leaves and twigs of the Citrus x aurantium tree.
Clary Sage Steam-distilled from the leaves, stems, and flowers of the Salvia sclarea plant.

Directions:
Diffuse Balance into the air when riled feelings arise. Add a few drops into an Epsom salt bath to help soothe emotions.
Aromatic: Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.
Topical: Dilute to 2-5% in a carrier.
