Lavender Steam-distilled from the flowering tops of the Lavandula angustifolia plant.
Ylang Ylang Complete Steam-distilled from the flowers of the Cananga odorata plant.
Green Mandarin Cold-pressed from peel of the Citrus nobilis fruit.
Neroli Steam-distilled from the flowers of the Citrus x Aurantium tree.
Hops CO2 CO2 extraction from the strobiles of the Humulus lupulus plant.

Directions:
Aromatic: Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water at bedtime.
Topical: Dilute to 2-3% in a carrier.
