Black Spruce Steam-distilled from the needles of the Picea mariana tree.
Eucalyptus Globulus Steam-distilled from the leaves of the Eucalyptus globulus tree.
Peppermint Steam-distilled from the leaves of the Mentha x piperita herb.
Scots Pine Steam-distilled from the leaves of the Pinus sylvestris tree.
Lavender Steam-distilled from the flowering tops of the Lavandula angustifolia plant.

Ingredients:
Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil, Pinus Sylvestris (Scots Pine) Leaf Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Picea Mariana (Black Spruce) Leaf Oil, Cupressus Sempervirens (Cypress) Leaf Oil, Origanum Majorana (Sweet Marjoram) Flower/Leaf/Stem Oil

Directions:
Aromatic: Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.
Topical: Dilute to 3-5% in a carrier.
