This kit encompasses not just the modernization of the Lebanese
lifestyle, but also, the entirety of an authentic “tekhbiz” experience,
by containing the following tools to guide you through this culinary
journey:

1) The mini saj: it works by simply placing it on your stovetop.
2) The spatula: also doubles as a hook to handle your saj while hot.
3) The travel pouch: inverting this pouch turns it into a “tara”, the
traditional pillow on which the dough is stretched then flipped onto the
saj.
4) The maintenance manual: which also contains teta’s dough recipe for
you to enjoy the fresh aromas of your home from wherever you are!
