Lettuce Quattro Stagioni — Four Seasons. Butterhead. Creamy green head with red on the tip of the leaves. Becomes very red in fall and spring and is an excellent choice for winter hoophouse growing. Excellent taste and very smooth texture. Very cold resistant and will survive 20°F with some protection. Color turns dark red in cool weather. 50-58 days. 8 gram pack, approximately 4000 seeds.

Camomille - Camomilla. Fragrant yellow flowers are edible. Dry leaves for tea. Low growing plant (4-10") with pretty daisy like flowers. Very hardy perennial; will function as a groundcover. Easy to grow. Scatter seeds, press down (don't cover since they need light to germinate) in early spring.
This Annual plant can be sow from March to June and the flower can be harvest about two months after the sowing. Dried Chamomile flowers are used to make tea. Dry the plant upside down however. Chamomile tea has calming properties.
